You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact us immediately at support@hometta.shop with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, you'll need to use our standard return process.

  • Other EU countries: 4-7 business days
  • Express delivery (Italy): 1-2 business days
  • Express delivery (EU): 2-3 business days

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping costs vary by location:

  • Italy: €5.99 (FREE over €50)
  • EU Countries: €9.99 (FREE over €100)
  • Express Italy: €12.99
  • Express EU: €19.99

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Currently, we only ship to countries within the European Union. We're working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future. Please check back or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package by:

  • Visiting our Track Order page
  • Using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Checking directly on the carrier's website

If you're not available when the carrier attempts delivery:

  • The carrier will leave a notice with instructions
  • You can usually schedule a redelivery online
  • Pick up the package at the nearest carrier location
  • Some carriers offer delivery to a neighbor or safe location

Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for specific options.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer rights. You can return items for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they're unused and in original packaging.

To return an item:

  • Contact us at support@hometta.shop within 14 days
  • Receive your RMA number and return label
  • Pack the item securely in original packaging
  • Ship using the provided return label

Returns within Italy are FREE. EU returns may incur a €9.99 fee.

Refund timeline:

  • 1-2 business days for inspection after we receive the item
  • Refund approval within 24 hours
  • 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Yes! We're happy to exchange items for different sizes, colors, or models. Contact us at support@hometta.shop with your order number and preferred replacement. We'll check availability and provide exchange instructions.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Final sale or clearance items

Yes, all products sold on Hometta are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell.

All products include a 2-year legal warranty as required by EU law. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. Additional manufacturer warranties may also apply. For warranty claims, contact us at support@hometta.shop.

Each product page includes detailed size guides and measurements. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering and we'll help you choose the right size. Remember, you can always exchange for a different size within 14 days.

Restock dates vary by product. You can sign up for email notifications on the product page to be alerted when an item is back in stock. Alternatively, contact us at support@hometta.shop for estimated restock information.
