Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and all accessories included
  • Product tags and labels still attached

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund following this timeline:

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for different sizes, colors, or models. To request an exchange:

  • Specify the item you want to exchange and your preferred replacement
  • We'll check availability and provide exchange instructions
  • Ship the original item back using the provided label
  • New item ships once we receive the return (or immediately for premium customers)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@hometta.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs. You may be asked to return the defective item for quality control purposes.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send you the correct item at no charge and arrange for the return of the incorrect item at our expense.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of opened electronics, large appliances, or custom-configured items. This will be communicated before you complete the return.

Warranty vs. Returns

All products include a 2-year legal warranty as required by EU law. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and is separate from your 14-day return right. For warranty claims after 14 days, please visit our warranty page.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge if it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately at support@hometta.shop with your order number. Once shipped, standard return procedures apply.

Partial Returns

If your order contains multiple items, you can return individual items. Refunds are calculated proportionally, and if the remaining order value falls below our free shipping threshold, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
